Incident Reporting and Emergency Protocols

Incident reporting is an important part of risk management here at the DOC and in Outdoor Programs.
If any incident occurs on an official program, or even on a semi-official program or at a facility, please report it immediately.
If it's serious, call S&S immediately. If it is minor, simply report it to the appropriate members of OPO staff within 24 hours.

Remember that Near Misses are just as important to report as incidents.
